On Big Muffin

16 miles snowmobiling, 13 miles skiing
We decided to take advantage of the active snowstorm and ski some sled-access peaks. Monday morning 9am we sledded from the Crystal Springs sno park 7.7 miles up to Meadow Pass and parked. We skinned up a road then through the trees up to Psilocybin Hill.
The route
We made fun turns back down, then skinned up the west ridge to Meadow Mountain and South Meadow Mountain. The snow was getting deeper by the hour and we skied through fun open trees down from South Meadow mountain back to the sled. We had just enough time to then climb up Big Muffin and ski back down by 7pm. The sled out in the dark was fun in a new foot of fresh powder.
