Upper Ingalls Creek Backpacking
At Longs Pass

We waited for the long weekend crowds to clear and hiked up from the Esmeralda trailhead Monday afternoon. We went over Longs Pass and down to Ingalls Creek where we found a good campsite for the evening. The next morning we hiked up the drainage a bit for some good views, then returned over Longs Pass. Lily got a little tired so needed a lift down in the backpack.
